The pub looks great, very authentic Irish pub feel but that's about it has going for it. The service was none existent. Waited 30 minutes for drinks to arrive on a slow Tuesday night. Waitress seemed more interested in chatting up her coworkers in the corner than taking our order or delivering it. Had the fish and chips. Not exactly what I'd call traditional Irish pub fare. The fish portions were small and the tarter sauce came straight from a jar. I hate restaurants claiming "authentic" food but can't deliver. This is just one of the many "Irish" pubs in this city serving OK to decent food. Just to nitpick, Irish pubs typically don't have flatscreens blaring hockey and baseball.

Hadn't been in a couple of years to this pub as it used to be the most boring Pub in Calgary. They have new owners now, a couple of years I guess, and it it has really livened up!!
We went on a Wednesday night for their 1 cent Ribs, we even called ahead because we didn't believe it but were assured the only catch was you had to order at least a pop with every 20 ribs.
The place had great energy and the Ribs were amazing, regardless of price. We had Salt and Pepper and Honey Garlic and they were big and juicy and 10 was actually enough.
The service was top notch and they had lots of TVs for sports ect, something it never used to have.
Went for a lunch a couple of time since and the food again was excellent, the Wild Boar Burger is as good as a burger as you'll find anywhere
