And to our guests we serve only the finest quality beef—prime grade. For perspective, only 2% of all beef that is graded in North America is superior enough to deserve that designation. And we offer both Alberta and USDA cuts. All of our steaks are wet-aged for anywhere between 24-28 days, to enhance their flavour and maximize their tenderness. Seasoned with only salt and pepper, every steak is broiled to perfection at 1800 degrees and is served sizzling on a 500 degree plates with a fresh pat of butter.
An eclectic offering of giant side dishes allows our guests to customize their meals, and creates the opportunity for guests to share, family-style. And our expansive wine list, studded with wines familiar, rare, and exclusive, ensures that, whatever your meal, we have the perfect wine to compliment it.
