I'm a foodie. I love to cook and people tell me I should be a chef. One small problem, I'm sick and not allowed to work. I have very sensitive senses and can taste even the smallest nuances in flavour. All of my friends and family ask me how food in a restaurant was even if they are eating there too. The only thing I don't like is curry but I'm still willing to try anything at least once.

The oysters and sauces that come with them are to die for. If you are smart you know how to get the special oyster menu. There are sometimes dozens more types you can get if you know how. The only down side is if you eat the food from the menu in the oyster bar. You have to go upstairs to the restaurant to get the good food. It cost a little bit more but believe me it is worth it. The food in the oyster bar is bland while the food upstairs is perfection and the service is too.

Next time you go make a reservation and eat in the upstairs restaurant. You can still get all the oysters from the oyster bar but your taste buds will thank you for the rest of your food choices.
