I first heard about Vero Bistro by John Gilchrist who did a review. He gave it a 8.5/10. Over the past while I have heard good things, so I decided to try it this past Sunday when they offer a 3 course set menu. Very very good! The menu consisted of a 3 fresh east coast oysters with this flavoured ice mixture to dabbled ontop, hmmm! The next course was a homemade pasta (papperdelle) flavoured with saffron, and came with a very tasty tomato ragu. The final course was a pork tenderloin roast with this housemade BBQ sauce.
I think this was a fantastic deal, the flavour, portion sizes. I think I have found my new favorite spot. Everything altogether was a 10/10.
Vero Bistro is awsome! The food, atmosphere, service. I think John Gilchrist should have given it a 10/10.
