It's sad when the front of house completely lets down the hard work of the kitchen. Get ready to feel like the cattle you're about to eat! Clearly this was a case of trying to fit to many seatings in one evening. Our reservation was for 8:15 and we weren't seated until 9:00 with no apologies or even a smile from the hostess. We were offered a wine list while we waited but no one came back
to take our order, 15mins later we
finally approached someone for our drinks. It makes you wonder
why someone who isn't a people person takes the job as a hostess or why what appears to be an upscale restaurant would hire them. Service from beginning to end was rude, it spoiled an evening we were really looking forward too. The ultimate shame was the food was pretty good, what a let down by the front. If you're looking for a place for a special event try Centini's or Murrieta's which are close by with great food and consistently good service.
