Estevan Village

Estevan Village is a hidden Oak Bay gem, a few blocks up from the ocean, where the sea breeze mingles with the smell of Victoria’s best fish and chips. In the summer, hungry sunbathers make their pilgrimage from Willows Beach to wait in line for newspaper-wrapped delights. Though very small in area, Estevan Village has its own distinct character - a mix of quirky, upper-class shops and restaurants that are a pleasure to stroll through.
